Updated Ohio health market data set

The Ohio Health Market Data Set is a series of spreadsheets with multiple years of detailed data on health plans and hospital systems. The health plan data on enrollment and financies is drawn from annual NAIC statements and CMS downloads, and the hospital data on financial results and inpatient occupancy and payer mix come from Medicare facility cost reports.
